After you have requested a teleconsultation or made an appointment, you will be sent a link by email where you can upload your documents (findings and X-ray images). I will look at these documents as soon as possible. Please make sure that all relevant findings are included.
We recommend zipping the files, this avoids one by one uploading.

Teleconsultation process:

Make an appointment at book appointment or ask for an appointment via Whatsapp +436642096600 or email teleconsultation@alesch.net. You will then receive an appointment with access data to your email address or your Whatsapp number. Together with the appointment, you will also receive a link where you can upload your reports and X-ray images if necessary. Please only upload relevant findings.

You will then be called punctually via Zoom on the time mentioned.

Zoom runs on computers and laptops (Windows and Mac) as well as smartphones (iOS and Android). Zoom can also be used via an internet browser (we recommend Chrome by Google).

With Zoom, it is possible to have a face-to-face consultation, to view and discuss findings together. In addition, prescriptions and prescriptions can be sent to you or you can be registered for inpatient admission.

And all of this as confidential as in a classic consultation.

Please ensure that you are at a place where you can speak undisturbed during the teleconsultation. Allow 15-20 minutes for the teleconsultation.

At your express request, parts of the conversation can be recorded, which will then be made available to you.

After the consultation, you will receive a fee note as usual, with a request for a bank transfer.
